Pricing:
We attempt to keep all pricing as current as possible but prices are subject to
change without notice.
Shipping Rates:
We attempt to ship all orders on the same day requested whenever possible.
COD charge is $5.00
There is free shipping on Sashco drop ship orders of 500 lbs or more. Expect a 7
- 10 day delivery time. Residential delivery charges may apply. If we do not have
the item in stock, shipping times and charges will be from the manufacturer's facility.
Policies:
If a shipment is incomplete or lost, please notify us immediately and we will trace
your order. Return shipments will not be accepted unless authorized by Log Home
Improvement. A 15% restocking charge will apply. Dated materials must be returned
within 30 days of shipment.
